The Position
The Talent Acquisition Director, EMEA creates and drives the PVH EMEA Talent Acquisition strategy by ensuring the Talent Acquisition function has the appropriate capabilities, structure, resources and ways of working that support the growth and vision of the PVH’s business in the region. Leading the Talent Acquisition team, this role is accountable and responsible for building business capability by hiring top talent into PVH through attraction and recruitment practices. Reporting into the VP Talent, the successful candidate will steer and develop a team of TA professionals across the region while professionalizing regional COE Talent Acquisition through co-design and implementation of talent acquisition tools, technology, practices, and processes which can be leverages across region. The Talent Acquisition teams across EMEA focus on attracting, recruiting, and selecting top talent including executive search, direct sourcing and talent pipelining while enabling internal mobility in collaboration with COE Talent Management and HR Business Partners. The team is also responsible for increasing hiring managers’ capabilities to select the best candidates and provide the best candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Build transformative Talent Acquisition strategy and priorities to enhance the candidate, associate and hiring manager experience leading to a more productive business outcome
Lead EMEA Headquarters Talent Acquisition Team and steer Hub Talent Acquisition teams through community of practice to implement agile ways of working and standard processes and tools locally
Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of VP roles in the region
Work closely with Global executive search team
Engage with the business and HR Business Partners to drive Talent Acquisition from a strategic and operational point of view, identifying through the People Plans the key elements of focus to optimize business performance
Work with the Global Talent Acquisition Teams to ensure a compelling candidate experience and the development of high-quality company-wide Talent Acquisition processes and tools
Build strong selection capabilities, criteria & tools that deliver high quality hires
Build effective partnerships with business and HR stakeholders, supporting the organization with guidance, analysis, insights and key metrics
Identify skills & resource gaps in critical talent segments to build talent pipelines, communities and sourcing strategies to drive success
Is accountable for vision & development of internship program in NL EHQ
Oversee the external temporary workforce portfolio management
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 6-10 years’ experience leading TA teams in global organizations
Demonstrates high levels of accountability for own and teams results
Experienced in executive recruitment and external temporary workforce portfolio management
Used to an agile way of working, focusing on the needs of the end-consumer
Has current knowledge of best in class talent acquisition tools and market trends
Navigates across a highly matrixed global organization, managing relationships and organization dynamics with discretion, tact and political savvy.
Analytical skills and creative mindset to define out-of-the-box solutions.
Utilizes an analytical, systems thinking and creative approach with stakeholders, peers and team to find or invent solutions and agreements
Able to engage at an individual team and organizational level including outside of HR
Very good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly
Commercially driven and high levels of business acumen
Shares information actively and deals with conflict constructively
