We are looking for outgoing, happy and helpful Sales Assistant, with experience in retail, visual merchandising and management, who has a passion for a great service. You are innovative and take initiative to actions which can contribute to customer satisfaction. You are striving to do the best in everything you do, and of course you have an interest in the fashion industry and Tommy Hilfiger.

This is a temporary role for 12 weeks with a possibility to extend.

The Sales Associate plays a key role in achieving these high standards

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries

  • Being a brand ambassador, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.

  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.

  • Outfit building for customers and making further product recommendations.

  • Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.

  • Driving store KPIs and suggesting ways to improve.

  • Ensuring shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed in an appropriate manner.
