Position Overview
As a strategic lever in the Global Supply Chain, this role will support the EVP Supply and partner with key stakeholders to help build capabilities, support building strategy 18 months to 3 years out, and identify value/ synergies within each product group for the Global CK Supply portfolio. The role encompasses capability building, L1/ L2 strategy, capacity planning and partnership/optimization with external vendors.
What You Will Do:
Own and ensure on-time delivery of our goods and reporting, including upfront ownership and management of timelines into our overall Go to Market process.
Help build and lead multiyear vendor/sourcing/capacity planning and RM strategies by product group that provide competitive advantage in capabilities, capacity, costing/duty-value, and lead-times.
Optimize and leverage best practices across divisions to unlock value and achieve results.
Use the power of collective PVH to work with external supply chain partners towards shared strategic goals.
Optimize network performance across multiple business units by evaluating demand and capacity projection, with a focus on rough-cut capacity 12 – 18 months out.
Maintain knowledge of macro-economic environment and associated impact to the business and partner with cross functional leads to offset negative impact in rolling strategic updates.
Create value through strategy, lead projects and initiatives, and unlock future opportunities and competitive advantages.
Help create the framework, metrics, data visibility, and internal team collaboration; drive to inventory and replenishment accuracy, to enhance supplier collaboration.
Help improve visibility, shared decision making, and collaborative performance between upstream and downstream partners.
Proactively manage cross- functional alignment and communication flows, including implementation of strategies that maximize supplier and financial performance.
Drive the development of the best-in-class IBP process and implement across all business units.
Drive continuous improvement of IBP processes, systems / tools, and culture.
Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure IBP for the business is executed with a multi-year business strategy.
Drive Early Commit Process and overall management.
Oversee Liability Management and Fabric Platform Management.
What You Will Bring:
Experience:
15+ years in supply chain, planning and sourcing globally, at least 5 years of experience at senior management level
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
