PVH Careers SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the SMS messaging programs offered by PVH Corp. ("PVH," "we," "our," or "us"), on behalf of itself and its affiliates, in connection with employment opportunities, recruiting communications, and talent community engagement. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive one or both of our SMS messaging programs, you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
"Applicant" means an individual who has applied for employment with PVH or one of its affiliates or is otherwise participating in the recruiting process.
"Recruiting Communications" means one-to-one SMS messages between PVH, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, and individuals who have opted in to receive recruiting-related text messages regarding their application or candidacy.
"Talent Community Communications" means SMS messages promoting career opportunities with PVH and its affiliates, job alerts, talent community updates, recruiting events, hiring campaigns, and other recruiting-related promotional content.
Eligibility
You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide and that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate. These SMS messaging programs are intended for individuals located in the United States and Canada.
SMS Programs
PVH offers two separate SMS messaging programs for employment opportunities with PVH and its affiliates. You may choose to participate in Recruiting Communications, Talent Community Communications, or both. Enrollment in one program does not automatically enroll you in the other.
Recruiting Communications
If you opt in to receive Recruiting Communications, you may receive one-to-one text messages from PVH recruiters regarding your application or candidacy. These communications are intended to facilitate the recruiting process and may include interview scheduling, requests for availability or additional information, application status updates, reminders, and other recruiting-related communications.
Because Recruiting Communications are based on your individual recruiting activity, message frequency will vary and cannot be predetermined.
Talent Community Communications
If you opt in to receive Talent Community Communications, you may receive SMS messages regarding career opportunities with PVH and its affiliates, job alerts, talent community updates, recruiting events, hiring campaigns, and other recruiting-related promotional content.
You will receive no more than five (5) Talent Community Communications per month.
Consent
Participation in either SMS messaging program is voluntary. You may choose to receive Recruiting Communications, Talent Community Communications, or both.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of applying for employment, being considered for employment, or obtaining employment with PVH or its affiliates.
Where required by applicable law, PVH obtains separate consent for Recruiting Communications and Talent Community Communications. Consent to one SMS messaging program does not constitute consent to the other.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Please contact your wireless provider for information regarding applicable fees.
Opting Out
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive. After your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages associated with that SMS messaging program unless you subsequently provide new consent.
If you are enrolled in both Recruiting Communications and Talent Community Communications, opting out of one program will not automatically remove you from the other if the programs operate independently. If you wish to discontinue all SMS communications from PVH, please follow the instructions provided in the confirmation message or contact us using the information below.
Choosing to opt out of Recruiting Communications may limit PVH's ability to communicate with you regarding your application. In those circumstances, PVH may continue to contact you using other communication methods you have provided, such as email or telephone.

Privacy
PVH processes personal information collected through its SMS messaging programs, on behalf of itself and its affiliates, in accordance with its Applicant Privacy Notice. Your mobile phone number and related information will be used only for the purposes for which you have provided consent and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.

PVH maintains records of SMS consent where required by applicable law. You are responsible for notifying PVH if your mobile phone number changes.
Carrier Disclaimer
SMS services are available through participating wireless carriers in the United States and Canada. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes to These Terms
PVH may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the PVH Careers website and become effective as of the revised Effective Date. Your continued participation in an SMS messaging program after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PVH is not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in the delivery of SMS messages resulting from wireless carrier issues, network failures, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond PVH's reasonable control.

Additional Terms for Recruiting Communications
The following provisions apply only to individuals who have opted in to receive Recruiting Communications.
Recruiting Communications are intended solely to facilitate the recruiting and hiring process. PVH recruiters may communicate with applicants regarding interviews, scheduling, recruiting logistics, requests for information, follow-up questions, and updates related to an individual's candidacy.
PVH recruiters will not request sensitive personal information, including Social Security numbers, financial account information, passwords, or payment information, through SMS. Applicants should not transmit this type of information by text message.
Participation in Recruiting Communications is voluntary. Applicants are not required to communicate by text message and may instead communicate with recruiters through other available methods.
Recruiting Communications generally continue only while an individual is actively participating in the recruiting process or until consent is withdrawn.
Enrollment in Recruiting Communications does not automatically enroll an individual in Talent Community Communications. Likewise, enrollment in Talent Community Communications does not authorize one-to-one recruiting text messages. Where required by applicable law, separate consent is obtained for each SMS messaging program.
