Director, Global Digital & Ecommerce
The Team
Within the Global Digital & eCommerce organization, our mission is to accelerate growth by transforming digital commerce into a proactive, scalable, and insight-driven engine that connects brand ambition with business results.
We centralize strategy, analytics, and enablement to empower every market to focus on execution, while we deliver the playbooks, partnerships, and capabilities that drive conversion, repeat purchase, and brand consistency.
The team serves as the bridge between Global Marketing, Global IT, Global Data & Analytics, and Regional eCommerce, ensuring our brands deliver globally consistent, locally relevant, and performance-optimized experiences across all digital touchpoints.
The Position
As Director, Global Digital & Ecommerce, you will set the global vision and operating model for how our sites drive both storytelling and selling, connecting strategy to execution through data-led decision-making.
This role oversees the full ecosystem of Site Analytics, User Experience, and Content Enablement, balancing creative excellence with commercial performance. You’ll drive alignment across functions, build scalable frameworks for experimentation and optimization, and lead the evolution of our digital experience as a measurable growth engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Global eCommerce Center of Excellence
Establish and evolve best practices, playbooks, and functional frameworks across operational areas (analytics, UX, content, and testing) to scale expertise, drive efficiency, and elevate execution across all markets; ensure global consistency while empowering regional flexibility and speed to market.
Accelerate Digital Enablement
Partner with Global IT, Analytics, and Marketing to identify and implement scalable capabilities; shape the long-term digital ecosystem to support personalization, automation, and AI-driven growth.
Advance Analytics Capability
Strengthen analytics frameworks, experimentation, and insight application across all regions to enable consistent reporting and smarter, faster decision making.
Orchestrate Global Programs
Lead the planning and delivery of global digital initiatives, driving alignment on priorities, resources, and timelines across regions and functions to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Lead Cross-Functional Integration
Build alignment and partnership across Marketing, eCommerce, and Technology teams, ensuring strategies are translated into cohesive, connected experiences that deliver both brand impact and commercial results.
Develop Global eCommerce Strategy
Define and execute the global site experience roadmap across analytics, UX, and content; connect global strategy with regional execution through structured processes and community forums.

Requirements
Global Digital & eCommerce Expertise: Extensive experience leading digital transformation and eCommerce strategy within complex, global organizations.
Analytics & Performance Leadership: Strong command of web analytics, experimentation, and data interpretation to drive actionable insights and optimize business performance.
UX & Site Experience Strategy: Demonstrated ability to connect user experience design, content enablement, and performance optimization to enhance the consumer journey.
Strategic Program Management: Proven success in managing multi-market digital programs — balancing strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at partnering across Marketing, IT, and Regional eCommerce to align priorities, remove barriers, and deliver cohesive outcomes.
Innovation & Capability Building: Experience implementing scalable digital tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and engagement.
Leadership & People Development: Strong people leader with a track record of developing global, cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration and accountability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
