Position Summary:
To work with the 3 regions (NA, EU and APAC) on retail store RFID software, hardware and solutions rollouts and roadmaps. To lead the strategic development and success of the RFID product, bridging the gap between market demands, customer needs, and business goals. Working to ensure that RFID functionality not only meets immediate user needs but also achieves sustainable growth and competitive advantage over the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
Defining and Communicating the Global retail RFID Vision and Strategy
Conducting Market Research and Competitive Analysis on RFID
Developing the retail RFID Roadmap across all 3 regions
Defining the RFID Product Requirements and Working with IMS Product Owners
Managing Stakeholder Relationships and Communication
Prioritizing Features Based on Value and Strategy
Analyzing RFID Product Performance and User Metrics
Building and Leading Cross-Functional Teams
Driving Continuous Improvement and Innovation
Partnering with teams in Ecommerce, DPP, POS and Sell and Assist
Deliver the global RFID Software and Hardware roadmap for retail inventory management use cases in APAC, NA and Europe
Implement integrations for SAP, POS, Smart Exits and more.
Create and seek partnership and work across network of partners in regions and functions to drive progress, leveraging teams already in place
Work with the PVH network of key strategic vendor partnerships to deliver the roadmap
In partnership with the IT teams both Global and Regionally harmonize technology, set the best-in-class architecture and provide guidance on operational excellence
Standardize ROI and success metrics, report out on progress
Support management of budgets and capex / opex requirements, present to leadership for approval
Stay up to date on external trends in RFID, relevant technologies and innovations, and new ways of working, assess opportunity and impact for PVH
Test and learn new features in global markets
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
10 years of experience with RFID Software from Nedap, Sensormatic, Checkpoint or similar
Experience integrating RFID with POS, Smart Exits
Experience working with one or more retailers in a global organization
Strong knowledge of retail industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Demonstrates PVH's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering
Knowledge/Skills Required:
RFID projects with a retailer
Managing Cloud software
IT integrations to other software vendors like SAP, POS
Software development management experience
Communication Skills Required:
