About the Role:

The Vice President of ERP Platforms plays a crucial role in managing and implementing multiple SAP environments at PVH. This position will collaborate with distributed team members to enhance and continuously improve the SAP environment.

The Vice President of SAP Platform will coordinate the global strategy, implementation, and management of the SAP ecosystem within the organization. This executive will drive innovation, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead a distributed team to optimize the SAP landscape. The role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work across multiple regions and cultures.

Seeking a leader who encourages collaboration, values team input, and drives positive change. Must have experience leading significant transformations, deep knowledge of SAP technologies and emerging trends, and a solid focus on improving practices through technology and data. The VP will play a crucial role in the senior leadership team, contributing to strategic, financial, cultural, and organizational priorities. Reports to the SVP Supply Chain and Corporate Technologies.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement the global SAP platform strategy in line with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Drive innovation by identifying emerging SAP technologies and trends that can build a competitive advantage.

  • Champion and sustain positive relationships with SAP and other technology partners to shape the product roadmap and improve the value of investments.

Global SAP Operations:

  • Coordinate the global implementation and management of the SAP platform, ensuring it meets current and future business needs.

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions across various regions, ensuring standardization and scalability.

  • Maintain the operational efficiency, reliability, and security of the SAP platform by following standard processes in governance, risk management, and compliance.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing distributed team of SAP professionals, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Manage global resources effectively to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams including IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure the seamless integration of SAP solutions.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with global SAP initiatives as the executive sponsor, ensuring alignment with key collaborators across the organization.

  • Develop and improve change management strategies to drive user adoption and increase the benefits of SAP implementations.

  • Communicate the SAP platform vision, strategy, and value to C-level executives and other key collaborators.

Budget & Vendor Management:

  • Manage the global SAP budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with SAP and other technology vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery and support.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze SAP performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to optimize the platform.

  • Stay updated with the latest SAP offerings, trends, and standard methodologies, and proactively introduce innovations to the organization.

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

  • 10-15 years of IT experience in SAP ERP technologies at large scale in retail, ideally apparel.

  • 10+ years in an IT management role

  • Demonstrated success in developing/managing a global IT environment that services the business and IT needs in multiple countries.

  • 10-15 years of experience managing IT systems for a global apparel organization. Design and implement apparel-related and retail systems to support global operations.

  • Strong IT background in design, programming and implementation of systems.

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing positive rapport with the business.

  • Experience in a global and highly matrixed environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field required

  • Equivalent experience in Business (MBA) preferred

Skills:

  • Must be a strong leader and have demonstrated skills in human relations dealing with a highly diverse workforce, domestically and internationally.

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to implement processes and standards and effectively communicate them across a global technology organization

  • Experience working in a dynamic, multiple-brands environment

  • Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting high-impact, critically important projects.
