The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Product Recruiter to support peak hiring across Design, Merchandising, Buying, Product Development, and Technical Development teams at Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
This is a 3–4 month fixed-term contract, perfect for someone with a strong background in fashion or lifestyle recruitment who can step in and deliver from day one. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition into a permanent role if that’s of interest.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment across product functions including Design, Buying, Merchandising, Product Development, and Technical Development
Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and shape effective hiring strategies
Actively source candidates through talent pools, job boards, LinkedIn, and industry networks
Screen, interview, and assess candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience
Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback between candidates and hiring teams
Keep our applicant tracking system (Workday) and reporting clean and up to date
Support short-term talent pipelining to anticipate future needs
Contribute to short-term talent pipelining to support future needs.
What You’ll Bring
2–4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
A solid grasp of product and creative roles (design, buying, merchandising, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Based in the Netherlands — no relocation required
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with sourcing and ATS tools, especially Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter
