The Team

The focus of the Technology department is to become a driving force in the organisation for technology strategies & tools that enable the company’s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organisation, the employees, our customers, or consumers.
The IT EMEA Commerce department is a merger between the Consumer facing Technology teams consisting of eCommerce, (Digital) Retail, B2B commerce (EDI, wholesale ecom), Merchandising and Order Management Solutions. These teams are operating in a product focused mindset and highly collaborative with their business product leads. Together with your team you will oversee the following areas: Delivery of IT EMEA Commerce projects in alignment with other regional and global portfolios. Examples: RFID, POS, Store experiences, etc
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute test plans, scripts, and cases for manual and automated testing.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand product functionality and provide feedback on requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of applications.
Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
Ensure all testing processes and results are documented and communicated clearly to stakeholders.
Monitor product development and usage at all levels to ensure continuous software quality.
Collaborate with the DevOps team to integrate testing processes into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
Handle and Coordinate ad-hoc requests from business teams like the below
Testing Support for Business
Stock check for sales or returns process
Testing support for new mapping changes
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar role (6+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with both manual and automated testing techniques.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.).
Experience in setting up and improving monitoring data flows across multiple systems and fixing errors via technical improvements
Strong experience with operational processes (ticketing systems) and collaboration with remote teams
High Motivation to highlight improvements areas for product team to reduce operational efforts
Experience to work in agile teams which develop features on top of operational excellence
Experience with API testing tools
Knowledge of performance and load testing tools
Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD tools
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
