What do we offer

The 2024 PVH Winter Intern Program is an important component of our Early Talent Program, designed to cultivate and develop future professionals for the merchandising and marketing functions within both brand management teams.

The 2024 PVH Winter Intern Program lasts 4-6 weeks. As a Winter Intern at PVH, you will have the chance to work closely with our Merchandising and Marketing teams to support various projects and initiatives. Potential projects you will be undertaking may include:

• Market Research: Find out what's new and cool in fashion by looking at lots of data. Tell us what you discover so we can make smart choices.
• Marketing Campaigns: Help us come up with and carry out fun marketing ideas. Work with our team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Merchandise Teamwork: Make sure our different teams are all on the same page with our product plans. Get everyone's ideas and help us agree on the best way to sell our products.
• Visual Merchandising: Help design cool displays for our stores and website. Use your design skills to make our brand look great and attract customers. Sales Support: Assist with making sales presentations and reports. Use numbers to show how well we're doing and tell a story about our success.
• New Ideas: Join our team meetings and come up with new ideas. Work with us to think of fresh ways to make our brand even better.

In addition to building professional knowledge, Winter Interns will be invited to join the APAC young talent community and participate in a series of activities with the APAC leadership team.

Through this well-designed program, the 2024 PVH Winter Intern Program will develop fundamental know-how in merchandising and marketing, preparing you for successful careers in the dynamic world of retail.

Who are we looking for

• Availability to attend 5 days per week during the program period, from late December to early February.
• Currently enrolled in Undergraduate Year 3 or 4, or Graduate Year 1 or 2.
• A deep-seated passion for fashion, coupled with a fervent desire to understand the inner workings of lifestyle brand cultivation.
• Proficiency in numerical skills and adept at utilizing tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
• Possesses effective communication skills, a strong aptitude for quick learning, logical thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities. (Fluency in both written and oral English and Chinese is mandatory.)
