Senior Coordinator Community & Brand

The Team

The Campus Experience team sits within People Experience & Services (HR) at PVH EMEA and is responsible for delivering an exceptional on-campus experience. The team oversees Workplace & Facilities Management, Security, Hospitality, Events, Food & Beverage, Logistics, and the People’s Place Gym, as well as the curation of People’s Places — social hubs that enable connection, collaboration and culture.

The Position

The Community & Brand Senior Coordinator plays a central role in building, maintaining and activating the Campus Experience community, while acting as brand steward for Campus Experience, People’s Place and People’s Place Gym.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Campus Experience, this role connects people, teams and environments, ensuring that campus culture, events, signage and content are delivered in a consistent, high-quality and timely way across physical and digital touchpoints.

The role works within existing PVH, TOMMY HILFIGER and CALVIN KLEIN brand guidelines and does not own brand strategy or corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

Community & Coordination

  • Build and maintain the Campus Experience community and sub-communities

  • Act as a central connector and soundboard for Campus Experience teams

  • Hold regular check-ins with Events, People’s Place outlets and Gym teams to align on upcoming moments

Channels & Content

  • Create and manage internal newsletters for Campus Experience, People’s Place and People’s Place Gym

  • Own the weekly campus calendar and digital screens

  • Create and publish content for People’s Place and People’s Place Gym Instagram channels

  • Ensure consistency and a clear campus rhythm across all channels

Brand Stewardship & Signage

  • Safeguard visual identity, tone and quality for Campus Experience, People’s Place and People’s Place Gym

  • Translate brand guidelines into practical on-campus applications

  • Own campus signage in collaboration with the Workplace team

Visual Content & Merchandise

  • Coordinate photography, video and visual documentation of campus moments

  • Curate and manage visual assets for ongoing use

  • Coordinate merchandise development aligned with brand identity and purpose

This role is accountable for community, content, signage and brand stewardship within Campus Experience, People’s Place and People’s Place Gym only. Corporate communications and brand strategy sit outside the scope.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in hospitality, events, community or experience-focused environments

  • Strong coordination, stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience with content creation across digital and physical touchpoints

  • Understanding of brand stewardship and quality control

  • Comfortable working with designers, content creators and suppliers

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent practical experience

  • Strong written and verbal English skills, with the ability to write clear, inclusive and concise content for internal and external audiences
