About the Role

As a Senior Specialist in Store Concepts & Design, you will play a key role in creating global retail concepts across various product categories. Your work will ensure that these concepts align with Tommy Hilfiger's brand DNA while meeting the commercial needs of different regions. You will be responsible for creating mood boards, presentations, sourcing materials and furniture, and developing 2D/3D designs. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Concepts & Design, you’ll collaborate with other designers to deliver cohesive and impactful retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design store and SIS environments, creating mood and material boards and presentations for leadership reviews.

  • Develop retail and wholesale environments in line with approved concepts, ensuring all elements are cohesive and reflect the brand’s design language.

  • Conduct concept research, source materials, and visit vendors/suppliers.

  • Support the sourcing and specification of furniture, decorative elements, and art pieces.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects align with brand standards and strategies.

  • Tailor concepts to regional requirements based on commercial and brand briefs.

  • Maintain up-to-date global concept guidelines and organize reference materials.

  • Ensure the design filing and material library are well-maintained and current.

Measures of Success:

  • Consistency in Design: Uphold brand DNA across all design outputs, ensuring they align with the brand’s core visual identity.

  • Creative Input: Proactively share references, materials, and innovative solutions to foster creativity and innovation within the team.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Guideline Maintenance: Keep global concept guidelines updated and ensure reference data is organized and accessible.

Requirements:

  • Degree in (Interior) Architecture or related field.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proven experience in store concept design within a global design agency or fashion company.

  • Comprehensive experience across all design phases, from concept development to detailing and delivery.

  • Highly creative with a strong eye for detail.

  • Interest in furniture, decorative elements, and art sourcing.

  • Basic understanding of graphic design is an advantage.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Team-oriented with a curious mindset and strong awareness of the field.
