The Vice President of Global PR will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our PR Strategy to elevate our brand perception and strengthen our relationships within the fashion industry. This will include supporting the relaunch of our collection line and runway show, as well as advising the development and implementation of public relations programs and cross-function of all PR activities for our diverse product categories. This strategic role involves supervising PR and influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will help shape the public’s perception of our company by driving and supporting the building of our global PR strategy through storytelling in earned media. The role demands a creative leader with a deep understanding of the fashion landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a consistent track record in building and cultivating relationships with key collaborators, including media, influencers, and fashion editors. We seek a self-starter who is motivated to inspire change and create impact.
Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in PR with a substantial focus on the fashion industry and brand management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Internal: Regional & Divisional Presidents, Regional PR & Marketing Directors, Global Integrated Marketing, Global Creative Services, Fashion Office, Design Teams, Product Team. Social Media, Brand Experience, Corporate Communications, Entertainment Relations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct: Sr. Director of PR and Influencer
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Works directly with the SVP, Brand Communications, and Culture on all matters involving the budget.
DECISION MAKING: Makes critical decisions regarding our PR and Brand Experience Strategy
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Have the ability to influence and be a keen negotiator to achieve global alignment to communications strategies while understanding regional nuances. Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to milestones. Be thorough and find the best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency. Flexibility to adapt to changing trends of business and/or ad hoc projects.
ENVIRONMENT: Fast paced creative environment. Collaborate with global regions to ensure the efficient function of line selection.

Pay Range:$250,000 - $300,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
