As VP, Strategic HRBP (m/f/x) – Hub WEST, you will play a fundamental role in executing global HR strategies that support senior leaders and drive transformation across the region. You will ensure the seamless implementation of global people and organizational strategies, adapting them to meet regional and local needs while maintaining consistency and operational excellence. You will leverage data and HR expertise to inform decision-making, helping business leaders navigate both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational challenges. Additionally, you will drive a refocused partnership with the business, helping to refine the strategic HRBP model, focusing on strategic planning, talent initiatives, and delivering people solutions that support business performance and growth. You will be responsible for legal and regulatory compliance. This includes building and maintaining the campus community and culture, through on-site HR leadership and motivation of HR teams. This also includes local campus experience and event management, and accountability for ER case management and resolution. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the single point of contact: be on point for the executive team member in your Hub at a strategic, escalation and approvals level; coordinating responses in a complex matrix model
• Lead Business Partnering and local teams: delivering services and people plans across the Hub
• Execute Global HR Strategy: Lead the implementation of global people strategies across the region, ensuring alignment with objectives to grow our business and brands
• Provide Strategic Insights: Use data and HR expertise to drive decision-making
• Drive Transformation: Partner with leadership to deliver organizational change initiatives
• Strategic HR Partnership: Act as the link between global HR strategy and regional execution
• Lead Workforce Planning and Talent Strategies: Oversee workforce planning, focusing on talent development, succession, and retention, supporting talent development and succession planning
• Enhance Organizational Performance: Guide leadership teams through organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, connecting strategic growth, brand and commercial plans into people initiatives and solutions that drive sales, profit and engagement across the business
• Support Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions
• Collaborate across the HR function: Work across HRLT EMEA to refine processes, policies, and tools to meet business needs and maintain service standards and associate experience
• Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching to senior leaders, driving leadership development and team effectiveness, enhancing leadership growth

Requirements
This role requires strategic HR experience with a proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive global talent and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, an ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations, and experience in change management and organizational development.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic business partnering, talent management, organizational design, and transformation
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive the execution of strategic HR initiatives across global teams
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and influence key business drivers and goals
• Expertise in change management and organizational development, with a focus on driving efficiency and performance
• Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use HR metrics and insights to shape strategy
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience leading and coaching senior leadership teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
• Fluency in English, with additional languages relevant to the Hub as required
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
