Buyer Outlet
The Team
Within the Outlet Buying team, our mission is to ensure the Global Outlet product strategy is adapted to meet the specific needs of the region to maximize Outlet performance & growth, while ensuring a clearly segmented and legally viable collection. This position serves as the backbone of the Outlet Buying team, collaborating closely with Global, Hubs and wider CK teams to drive overall commercial performance. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department’s operational efficiency, strategic growth and overall success.
The Position
The Buyer Outlet will report to the Senior Manager and is responsible for managing product assortments across European Outlet stores. The Buyer will oversee product assortments and buying strategies, ensuring alignment with Outlet sales objectives and business targets. This role requires strategic thinking, market awareness, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product performance and maximize profitability.

• Able to work in a fast paced, matrix based, challenging environment.
• Proven analytical, planning and organization skills with the ability to generate meaningful data insight to take commercial decisions.
• Proficiency with merchandising software (e.g., SAP, Excel) to track and manage product assortments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both regional and global teams.
• Problem solving advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Commercial Acumen: strong business and commercial acumen skills.
• Fluent English both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel as needed for market visits, trade meetings, and store events.
• Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
