The Team
The Nike Underwear department collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to support the execution of a successful product merchandising strategy and the delivery of a collection that meets European-specific requirements. This role is responsible for communication with the global Merchandising team to develop a collection fitting our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities: 
Market Data Support: Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to product performance, including sell-in, sell-out data, market trends, and consumer insights. Provide feedback to inform regional product strategies and improve assortments. 
Sales Tools Creation: Assist in creating and distributing sales tools, training materials, and promotional assets to markets, enabling sales teams to effectively sell products. 
Forecasting Support: Assist in forecasting product volumes for merchandising, supply planning, and financial purposes for all categories. 
Sample Management: Support sample tracking, management, and documentation to ensure samples are prepared and delivered to markets in a timely manner. 
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with global teams, regional sales, and marketing to ensure the effective execution of product strategies. 
Administrative Tasks: Help with day-to-day operational tasks related to product assortment, sales tracking, and merchandising reporting to ensure smooth execution of the product strategies. 
 
Measures of Success 
Product selection and trend responsiveness: high levels of assortment success including sell out performance of new collections, speed to market for new trends, exclusive product performance  
Customer and market insight: accurate market insight including customer demand forecasting, customer ratings and reviews  
Range & option count, sell through rate, net sales and inventory levels  

Requirements 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior.  
• Proficiency with merchandising software (e.g., SAP, Excel) to track and manage product assortments.  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both regional and global teams. 
• Able to work in a fast paced, matrix based, challenging environment. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.  
• Fluent English both written and verbal.  ​  
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
