The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
As Manager Visual Experience, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative guidelines and concepts that ensure a personalized and consistent consumer experience. By working closely with our interface teams, you will translate global guidelines into actionable tools for our regional field teams.
A day in the life of a Manager Visual Experience (m/f/x):
You will design floor plans, windows, and fixtures that align with business goals and consumer segmentation.
You will plan POS capacity and optimize new openings and refurbishments based on demand and budget.
You will develop innovative seasonal windows and in-store concepts and implement model POS practices with digital training tools.
You will support local consumer activations and collaborate on budget allocation to maximize impact.
You will identify and leverage local market insights to enhance customer experience and roll out best practices with stakeholders.
You will ensure that decisions and actions reflect a consumer-first mindset across all initiatives.
What do we need from you? You have:
Completed apprenticeship in visual marketing, textiles, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel marketing, ideally in the textile industry.
Proficiency with changing tools and software to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Strong affinity for fashion trends and styling, with the ability to represent our brand identity at POS.
