The Team
The Global Marketing Strategy team at Tommy Hilfiger plays a central role in creating, executing, and overseeing the strategic direction of the Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans brands. This group collaborates across regions and functions to ensure alignment with brand goals and commercial objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Director Marketing Strategy, the Senior Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Planning, Brand Programs role contributes to the team’s mission to drive brand relevance and build operational excellence in global marketing strategies.
The Position
The Senior Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Planning, Brand Programs is a seasoned strategist and program management expert responsible for orchestrating and delivering brand-building programs encompassing product, marketing and marketplace. The operationally-focused role is tasked at unifying all touchpoints and owns the end-to-end management of 360-degree, cross-functional global brand initiatives, from briefing to delivery, breaking down siloes to deliver brand programs successfully. The Senior Manager, Global Marketing Strategy & Planning, Brand Programs plays a critical role in bringing to life the Tommy Hilfiger brand vision.

Strategy Development: Develop and own the brief crystallizing the program objectives, deliverables, targets, approach, considerations, requirements and measures of success.
Project Planning: Develop and maintain the project plan and timeline, coordinating with stakeholders across product, marketing, marketplace as well as business partners such as finance.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders of varying seniority levels and functions.
Milestones Monitoring: Monitor milestones and dependencies, set agendas and deadlines, drive meetings and follow ups, to ensure appropriate actions are taken and progress is made.
Center of Excellence: Identify best practices, continuously refining project planning methodologies. This includes the implementation of processes and tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce bottlenecks.
Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation process, aligning resources to strategies and plans.

Timely delivery of the project within allocated resources
Stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
Quality of program management and output
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of strategic planning experience, with demonstrated track record in end-to-end Program Management.
Program Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing end-to-end Brand and/or Marketing programs, with the ability to take ownership of complex projects, drive initiatives, and engage cross-functional teams toward common goals. This includes managing priorities and setting appropriate boundaries for a conducive project environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze, anticipate and resolve complex project challenges, with an ability to employ pragmatism and flexibility to ensure things are constantly moving forward.
Financial Acumen: Strong experience in managing budgets and resources, including setting measurable objectives and defining KPIs to drive accountability and impact.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Great communicator, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite. Fluency in English required.
Brand and Marketing Experience: Experience working within Brand or Marketing functions for a consumer or lifestyle brand. Experience in fashion and apparel is a big plus.
Technical Proficiency: Expert level experience in Excel, Asana, MS Teams and SharePoint.
Creative Proficiency: Expertise in PowerPoint and Keynote, and familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite, with adequate creative taste level.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, related field or the equivalent in experience.
