The Team
The Calvin Klein E-commerce department manages the calvinklein.com sites in 32 European markets. As a rapidly growing area, it operates in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals for the future.
The Content and Site Merchandising teams handle all marketing campaigns and product listings on the website. They manage the entire customer experience, from creating and launching content campaigns to organizing site navigation and product displays.

A day in the life of our Site Merchandising & Content Intern:
The Internship is responsible for supporting Content, Campaigns and Site Merchandising colleagues in the execution of all onsite campaigns including:

• Support in briefing a creative designer on campaign execution and delivery of creative assets.
• Brief the translation agency for translations.
• Preparation of the Product Listing Pages with relevant assortment and optimized product ranking strategies.
• Troubleshoot ck.com for on-site issues and escalate to support teams to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
• Support on the analysis of campaign performance and creation of weekly report to be presented to the wider team as required (utilising Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare).
• Administrative support with meeting facilitation, Excel document creation, assets management, Power Point creation.
• Perform competitor & market research and provide insights and new opportunities to inform the seasonal strategy.

Be all of you
• Interest for e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Passion or interest in the fashion industry.
• Basic statistical analysis skills and proficiency with digital marketing/e-commerce metrics.
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
• Highly organised.
• A team player and a creative thinker.


Internship must-haves
• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
