The team
The Digital Transformation & Communication team at PVH EU leads the company's digital transformation across wholesale and direct-to-consumer channels. They support initiatives in Digital Selling, Digital Fashion & Innovation, and Membership & CRM. Their main role is to inform key stakeholders and internal teams about the impact of digital tools, showing how they can improve the industry, serve customers better, and add value to the company.

A day in the life of our Internal Communications intern.
Position responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and editing engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, intranet, and presentations.

• Support initiatives aimed at increasing team engagement and effectiveness, such as internal events and programs.

• Assist in planning and executing internal events, such as town halls and team-building activities.

• Collaborate closely with various teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging across all internal communications.

• Provide general administrative support to the Internal Communications team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining content calendars, organizing digital files and keeping user and distribution lists updated.

Be all of you

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, eager to solve problems and support teams. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement.

• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools like Canva is a plus. Experience with CRM tools is a plus, as well.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to support both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and complex environment.

Internship must-haves

• Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office

• Eligible to work within the EU

• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education

• Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program

• Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
