The team
Within Global Content Operations team, we constantly strive to evolve the Tommy Hilfiger go-to-market process and maximize meaningful impact at point of sale. From Creative Concept creation to Market Launch execution, we oversee crucial internal milestones ensuring clear direction and a streamlined execution of our key brand initiatives.
The role
The Global Content Operations Intern sits within Tommy Hilfiger’s Global Brand Marketing department. This role supports a team responsible for briefing, producing and delivering best-in-class internal product launch campaigns across multiple regions, providing seasonal collections with a seamless introduction to market.
A day in the life of our Global Content Operations Intern.
As an intern in the Global Operations team, you'll gain hands-on experience in coordinating global product content shoots rollouts. Your day might include tracking timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the team with various tasks to ensure content productions are launched effectively and on time.
The position will give you a deep understanding of how a collection is brought to market. It will allow you to build your experience in leading photo shoots and develop your communication skills through fostering collaboration within a process involving high-level stakeholders.
Position responsibilities:
As a supporting member of the Tommy Hilfiger Marketing department, you will
Assist in the development of seasonal concepts. Conduct research, create moodboards, and contribute to presentations.
Support Global Content Operations team in executing seasonal key looks and still life shoots for Tommy Hilfiger products.
Connect and coordinate with different stakeholders within cross-divisional teams to ensure alignment on key looks, maintaining a clear overview of decisions made.
Monitor final imagery selection, ensuring it meets established standards and guidelines.

Located within approximately one hour traveling time from the Amsterdam Office
Eligible to work within the EU
Must be enrolled in full time continuing education
Available from 01 Feb 2025 for a 6-month full time program
Our internship program primarily focuses on practical experience and skill development; therefore, we are not able to support research focused internships.
