The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.
Purpose of the Area Visual Merchandiser is to execute dual-brand services with responsibility across Retail Fullprice, Wholesale and Franchise in Austria, region Vienna. The role executes all in-season visual merchandising activities, projects and events within the regional team. The Coordinator Visual Merchandising Multi-Channel acts as a brand ambassador for our brands with the consumer at heart of everything they do. All this is done with the underlying aim to create personalized and consistent consumer experiences in the local points of sales fulfilling our consumers demands.
A day in the life of a Area Visual Merchandiser (m/f/x):
- Local execution of premium point-of-sale consumer journey as service function cross channel
- Set up windows and instore navigation, space management based on guidelines and product strategy
- Conduct efficient point-of-sale trainings to ensure consistent brand identity
- Conduct season launch meetings on point-of-sales with key stakeholders to support consumer centric
- Document and provide point-of-sale photos for all segments in order to ensure guidelines set up, support
- product strategy and serve consistent experience
- Ensure premium support function
- Execute onsite trainings (as well as digital) for new openings and/or refits, document,
- communicate and make sure to provide missing snaggings
- Support onsite store closures & possible storages and moving visual merchandising related items to
- beneficially locations
- Create and follow up on the business unit priorities with your point-of-sale visit planner
- Design and finalize your store visit planner onsite/digital based on priorities
- Visit frequently point-of-sales based on segmentation and location to refresh shopfloor alloacated training
- Showroom Set-Up for sale seasons and events
- Support our sales team to execute showrooom guidelines based on our brand identity
- Drive Consumer Centricity inside the organization
- Challenge all tasks and decisions based on the consumer centricity
What do we need from you? You have:
- Apprenticeship in visual marketing, textile or any comparable fields
- Experience
- Experience of work in Retail, E-Com or Omni-Channel Textile point-of-sales. Knowledge and gained insights into marketing or any other visual astethik related field is a big advantage.
- A high willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to different locations is also required.
- Hands-on in working with frequently changing tools and softwares to translate work resources into efficiency
- Affinity for fashion trends, styling and translate looks into our brand identity
