Associate Manager, Trim & PackagingPOSITION SUMMARY:
Packaging and Trim Associate Manager supports direct manager for execution of packaging and trim developments across brands for Global Close To Body (CTB) supporting PVH cost, lead time, quality and sustainable goals.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Support manager across end-to-end development process
Build and execute Global seasonal developments and tracking charts
Work with Global & regional teams on packaging and trim selection
Develop sustainable packaging and trim according to the PVH sustainable strategies
Execute seasonal bill of material entry of trims and packaging into PLM system
Communicate to all internal and external partners on seasonal developments
Support 100% on time approval for all seasonal items
Responsible for maintaining material and submit libraries
Work with cross functional teams to ensure calendar compliance and deadline adherence
Follow up on all execution approvals with factories for folding/hanging methods
Attend cross-functional team meetings as required
Support team as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 year in raw material, packaging and/or product development in the fashion/cosmetics/ manufacturing and/or apparel industries
Experience in package development- specifically FSC and recycled paper
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or industry, packaging/trim experience that equates to the primary responsibilities
Skills:
Knowledge of sustainable raw material, packaging and trims preferred
Centric/PLM experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on excel

Pay Range:$70,000 - $85,000PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
