The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location of around 500 employees.

As a Coordinator Store Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stores. Your duties will include system administration, training store staff, managing access rights, and coordinating with partners. You will also play a key role in organizing retail events and maintaining internal guidelines.

A day in the life of a Coordinator Store Operations (m/f/x):

  • You support and train our stores on daily store operations, processes, tools, and systems.

  • You serve as the central point of contact for stores and ensure daily store communication.

  • You manage system administration (GK, Fiori, Atoss, StoreForce) and support our stores in the efficient use of existing technologies and their functions.

  • You manage and coordinate access rights for store employees and HQ users for store tools and systems.

  • You handle partner management (cleaning, waste, etc.) and verify invoices.

  • You organize and support retail events, including seasonal changes, inventories, and planning and ordering of consumables.

  • You update and maintain internal work instructions (policies & procedures, store manuals, guidelines) and support their implementation in stores.

  • You organize health and safety topics in our stores.

  • You work very closely with stores, adjacent departments, and the HQ in Amsterdam.

What do we need from you? You have:

  • University degree or a relevant education, ideally with a focus on business and commerce or IT.

  • First relevant professional experience in a multi-store company with a store concept.

  • Very good knowledge of store processes and procedures.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Organizational talent.

  • Independent, structured, and precise way of working.

  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
