Position Summary:

As the Director for CK Collection and VM Production, your primary task is to direct and manage Calvin Klein Collection for the Global Brand Environments Department and the production and execution of key Visual Merchandising tools such as hangers, mannequins and other Visual Merchandising tools.  You will work closely with the other GBE departments and external departments including Collection, product, marketing and regional Visual Merchandising teams to ensure the day-to-day run of Collection items and the optimum expression of visual displays tools for CK stores globally.  Strong effective leadership and excellent communication skills are essential for this position. 

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of the Job:

  • CK Collection management:  Management of the CK Collection work on behalf of the GBE department that includes showroom set ups, VM tools, roll out into stores, pop-ups and office requirements.  Be a key partner for external departments and ensure smooth day-to-day running of tasks.  Work with the relevant partners in the GBE department to execute the needed items for store design, creative and visual merchandising.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, store design, retail operations, and regional teams to create strong, engaging and cohesive executions for CK Collection locations.
  • Visual Merchandising Tool Strategy: Develop and implement forward-thinking visual merchandising tools with the GBE departments that align with Calvin Klein’s brand ethos, ensuring the ultimate brand expression and the best-in-class customer experience in store.
  • Global Standards & Execution: Oversee the development of visual merchandising tools guidelines and coordinate with regional partners on execution and production. 
  • Budget Management: Manage the CK Collection budget and prepare neccassary budgets and expense reports for the different executions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.  Be the point of contact for Flagship stores and the execution of the VM Strategies for CK Collection locations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Share regular suggestions, updates and presentations with leadership and key functional partners.  Be a key point of contact for data relating to flagships and CK Collection locations.
  • Trends: Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities, recommend innovative concepts, and stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications & Experience

Extensive Experience:  10+ years of visual merchandising experience, with a strong specialty in luxury brands.

A Bachelor's degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, marketing, or relevant in-job experience.

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of retail operations, budget management, and financial implications of merchandising decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape in visual merchandising.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure high-quality execution of visual standards. 

Pay Range:$143,200---$193,300

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible. This role is equity eligible.
