Director of Sales, Womens - Tommy Hilfiger

The Director of Sales is responsible for leading all sales-related aspects of the full-price account structure to achieve sell-in targets, shipping goals, and to contribute to the profitability of the division.

Primary focus is Macy’s, Belk, and other full-price dept stores. This is a cross-functional role that will require collaboration with many internal departments in addition to communicating / driving the seasonal brand vision to retail partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships with all key accounts to drive market share, revenue and EBIT growth; build positive relationships and work closely with external partners to build a collaborative working environment
  • Stay current on competitive landscape and market trends; provide this feedback to Market Merchandising teams
  • Actively participate in Pre-Market touchpoints internally and with key accounts
  • Analyze sales results by retailer to proactively resolve opportunities or necessary adjustments to sales plans (inventory mgt, sell-thru, promotions, etc.)
  • Handle all functions related to the Seasonal Market Process (post-Line Adoption to when Buys are placed in 7th online)
  • Implement strategic plans to achieve Quarterly/Seasonal/Annual Shipping and Sales Targets
  • Actively supervise and support AE with tracking/management of all shipping info in preparation for monthly shipspread meeting
  • Monitor OTB’s in collaboration with the Planning team
  • Collaborate with Merchandising team on seasonal assortments and strategies
  • Work closely with Visual Merchandising team on product storytelling and compelling in-store presentation strategies
  • Develop in partnership with the Marketing team strategic marketing plans for key accounts that represents the TH vision to drive brand momentum and sales
  • Set course for regular store visits to key markets to identify sales growth opportunities, monitor and improve in-store execution, stay close to competitor landscape
  • Deep understanding and industry-specific trends and competitive landscape

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Prior experience in leading and managing a Sales team
  • High level of analytical skills, problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Possess high taste level
  • Deep understanding of Retail Math
  • Excel and PowerPoint, SAP a plus
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility with schedule for market calendar and special projects
  • Flexibility to travel

Pay Range:$150,000 - $170,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
