The Team

Within the SE HUB the Ecommerce Team, our mission is to drive healthy & sustainable growth for the Ecommerce channel, in full alignment with our global brands’ strategy. The team plays a pivotal role in scaling our Ecommerce business across .COM, marketplaces, and Pure Players, working closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to translate our brands’ vision into high-impact digital execution. With a deep focus on consumer experience, performance marketing, platform innovation, and strategic partnerships, the team is instrumental in shaping a seamless, engaging, and brand-consistent journey for our online consumers, ultimately fueling commercial success.

The Position

The Ecommerce Marketing Specialist will implement digital marketing initiatives focused on our .COMs in Turkey, while also supporting on ecommerce marketing for Pure Players & Marketplaces in Turkey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Lead SEO efforts to enhance organic search visibility, driving increased traffic and improved search rankings.

  • Administer and optimize advanced search tools to improve user search experience and increase site engagement.

  • Develop and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.

  • Oversee on-site marketing efforts, ensuring the website is optimized for user engagement, conversion, and overall brand alignment.

  • Utilize data analytics to track, measure, and optimize digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.

  • Manage and nurture relationships with Digital Agency partners to ensure alignment on marketing goals and seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Oversee the partnership with On-site marketing 3rd party, ensuring effective collaboration and integration of their services into our marketing strategies.

  • Manage the AI-based optimisation 3rd party partnership, focusing on AI-based real-time optimization projects that enhance user experience and conversion rates.

  • Lead the management and optimization of recommendation tools to provide personalized product suggestions, enhancing the user journey.

  • Define & execute marketing strategy on selected marketplaces & pure players within Turkey and other markets with the SE HUB

  • Responsible for brand store development & seasonal refreshes for selected marketplaces & pure players within Turkey

  • Work on marketing initiatives that drive efficiencies across the hub

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in broad marketing/digital experience with exposure to global clients and a mix of agency and brand-side experiences;

  • A bachelor degree, preferably in a Marketing discipline or equivalent in experience;

  • Extensive cross-functional Marketing knowledge and Market experience in fashion/lifestyle industry;

  • You’ll demonstrate an exceptionally high-level understanding of eCommerce, led from data;

  • A consumer first mindset; with range understanding and the ability to balance Brand and Commercial priorities to build channel- and consumer-specific activation plans that meet KPI targets;

  • Good communication skills, ability to effectively communicate in English and Turkish (both written and verbally);

  • Strong innovative and creative thinking;

  • Relentless drive and commitment to win, working well under pressure;

  • Organized, process and solution-orientated with an attention to detail;

  • Collaborative by nature. Able to partner with internal and external teams;

  • Can independently prioritize and manage workload; works well under remote management;

  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
