POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is dedicated for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein 3rd party operation and supervise a) 3rd party daily front operation (photo, text description and keyword setting) and back operation (sales report creation, setting products on sale, and check logistic delivery plan) .
This position is also responsible for planning and execution of 3rd party ECOM platform promotion and new initiatives based on the company’s mid-long term plan, in cooperation with ECOM 3rd party Manager, Director and external partners: each 3rd party platform operators.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
3rd Party ECOM Operation
Product Listing and Optimization:
Create and optimize product listings with a focus on SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Utilize keyword research to identify relevant search terms
Implement A/B testing to continuously improve product listings
Marketing Campaigns:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns on third-party platforms
Create and manage promotional offers
Utilize 3rd party social media marketing to drive traffic and engagement
Plan a campaign to capture new customers, and drive traffic to owned website
Content Creation:
Write and adjust product descriptions and other marketing content that is informative and engaging to the brand and the product
Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content that aligns with the brand's messaging
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns
Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI
Analytics and Reporting:
Use data analytics tools to track website traffic, customer behavior, and sales performance
Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign results and provide recommendations for improvement
Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for differentiation
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
CREATIVITY: Must possess high degree of fashion aesthetic; interest in trends, lifestyles, competitors and media. Support introduction of new ideas. Can work within the creative process effectively, and support bring ideas to realization.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 1 year hands-on experience in EC business, preferably in the fashion industry.
Knowledge in 3rd party EC operation, system.
Well understanding of casual fashion industry (plus).
Education:
Business Administration related disciplines.
Skills:
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices
Proficiency in using third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., ZOZO, Amazon, Rakuten)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing
Intermediate –Microsoft tool skills
Business English
