Trade Analyst eCommerce – Partner Program Tommy Hilfiger | PVH Europe Location: Amsterdam, PVH Europe HQ Department: E-commerce Analytics Reports to: Senior Manager eCommerce Analytics The Team The Tommy Hilfiger eCommerce team in Europe is responsible for driving the end-to-end digital business across the region. This includes the owned and operated eCommerce site (tommy.com) as well as the Marketplace business, covering key strategic partners such as Zalando, About You, and others. The team oversees all commercial, operational, and digital marketing functions to ensure a premium, brand-aligned consumer experience across every touchpoint. Working in close collaboration with global, regional, and cross-functional teams, the eCommerce organization plays a pivotal role in accelerating Tommy Hilfiger’s digital growth and innovation agenda in Europe. The Position As Trade Analyst eCommerce – Partner Program, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Tommy Hilfiger’s marketplace partnerships by delivering deep commercial insights. You will monitor trading performance, create structured reporting, and surface recommendations that optimize product availability, pricing, promotions, and consumer engagement across platforms like Zalando. You will report to the Senior Manager eCommerce Analytics and work closely with the Partner Program team, as well as Planning, Content, and Buying teams, to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze commercial performance for Zalando, About You, ASOS, and other growing marketplace partners Monitor KPIs such as GMV, sell-through, traffic, conversion, returns, margin, and assortment contribution Support the Partner Program team with performance summaries, campaign impact evaluations, and promotion analysis Track and evaluate new business models such as gift cards, influencer activations, and affiliate commerce, defining relevant KPIs and reporting structures Deliver regular and ad hoc reporting and dashboards to internal stakeholders using tools like Tableau and Google Sheets Collaborate with the Senior Manager and Partner Program leads to build a roadmap of insights and identify key commercial opportunities Contribute to the planning process by supporting forecasts, range reviews, and partner-specific trade meetings Work with central Analytics, CRM, and Buying teams to ensure consistency of metrics and alignment of data sources Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in tracking, tagging, and reporting processes for partner-related performance Measures of Success Timely and accurate reporting and insights delivered to the Partner Program team Increased impact of analytics on marketplace trading decisions Growth in performance KPIs (sales, margin, stock efficiency) for Zalando and other partners Consistency and reliability of dashboards and data sources used by stakeholders Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on the value and clarity of insights Ideal Candidate Profile Experience & Background: 2–4 years of experience in digital/eCommerce analytics, merchandising, or commercial performance reporting Experience working with marketplaces (e.g., Zalando, Amazon, About You) or wholesale channels is highly preferred Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Working knowledge of SQL and experience pulling data from databases or BI platforms Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or marketplace dashboards Experience handling large data sets and translating them into business recommendations Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen Clear communicator, comfortable presenting insights in a concise and actionable way Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Collaborative mindset and ability to work across functions and departments
