The Team
The Global Logistics Excellence function defines for the end-to-end Logistics network, from Inbound transport to Consumer/Customer/Store drops, how “good” should look like today and tomorrow. It supports the delivery of the multi-year Logistics ambition on cost, customer service and carbon emission reduction (3C Concept), that ties into the PVH+ Plan.
The Logistics ambition is captured in the Logistics+ Masterplan, under which the team designs and drives strategic initiatives, programs and processes. One key vertical to enable the Logistics Operation to perform at the highest & most competitive standard is centered on driving customer satisfaction through building and enhancing PVH’s Omnichannel Fulfillment Capabilities.
The Position
In this role you will be working across multiple levels and regions with the Supply Chain teams as well as partnering functions to lead the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical within the Logistics+ Plan to build and enhance the Logistics capabilities in this space, responding to the Logistics’ needs of the organization and its customer base with the ultimate intent to drive customer satisfaction, whilst balancing the Logistics performance in line with the 3P concept.
This is a new position recognizing the strategic importance of driving a cohesive and integrated Logistics agenda and the need for improvement of the Omnichannel Fulfillment capabilities to support the delivery of the PVH+ Plan, whilst transforming the Logistics network.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
Lead the Omnichannel Fulfillment Vertical of the Logistics+ Plan
Responsible for the successful delivery of all projects and initiatives that sit under the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical of the Logistics+ Plan, including: i) E2E synchronization of the Logistics Operation with the Supply Chain upstream and downstream, ii) Creation of joint stock pools for selected brands and regions, iii) Build out of late differentiation options within Logistics, iv) Design of reverse Logistics solutions and v) oversight of the service enhancement pillar.
End-to-End Synchronization of Logistics Operations
Partner with IT and other functions to lead for seamless integration of Logistics systems into wider Supply Chain Management system architecture
Identify best-in-class fulfillment processes and standardize ways of working accordingly
Implement (near) real-time visibility tools to monitor order fulfillment statuses across all Logistics activities
Foster cross-functional collaboration to inefficiency losses at the interface between Logistic and the rest of Supply Chain and the business
Joint Stock Pools
Map current practices of stock holding across regions, channels and brands and size up opportunity to integrate stocks across channels in one physical location
Work with IT and other functions to develop Logistics capabilities for virtual separation of stock and mass implementation of virtual stock holding locations
Engage the business on a transformation plan towards joint stock pools
Optimize warehouse layouts and warehouse space utilization in line with successful implementation of joint stock pools
Support local Logistics teams in their quest to clean out old and ageing stock
Late Differentiation Options
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand and to segment needs for value-added services, compile a catalogue of standard value-added services to be offered
Develop global guidance on where to optimally place the execution of the defined value-added services in the Supply Chain, considering the trade-offs to be made under the 3C-Concept, with a specific focus on minimizing touches in Logistics
Work with regional and local Logistics teams on identifying the need for any specialized equipment and/or training to execute the value-added services defined
Define a 3-year cost improvement plan for value-added services to reduce the cost per piece of any given service provided
Reverse Logistics Solutions
Build relationships across the business, in particular with Supply Chain, Corporate Responsibility and the Brand Teams, to understand the business requirements for Reverse Logistics
Define Reverse Logistics solutions for the needs identified and sign off a prioritization scheme with the business for the necessary capabilities to be developed
Identify markets and warehouses to trial the prioritized Reverse Logistics solutions
Support the regional and local Logistics teams in pulling together cross-functional project teams to run the Reverse Logistics trials, in executing the trials and in evaluating the outcome of the trials
Following the evaluation of the trials, make a recommendation of scaling up the Reverse Logistics solutions, where possible and financially viable
Service Enhancement Pillar
Oversee the timely and successful delivery of all projects and initiatives that form part of the Service Enhancement pillar
Act as escalation point in any project and initiative of the Service Enhancement pillar, support the respective working groups by resolving any relevant blockers
Unlock and support adequate resourcing of all project and initiatives of the Service Enhancement pillar in line with the overarching priorities of the Logistics+ Plan
Ensure full integration of the deliverables from the Service Enhancement pillar into the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical

Find creative ways to engage different levels of the organization to create buy-in for the Logistics+ Plan and the Omnichannel Fulfillment vertical
ENVIRONMENT
PVH Corp. is currently going through significant business transformation on all levels of the organization, including Supply Chain and Logistics. This role is expected to operate and to deliver in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous environment, where current responsibilities are often unclear. Many aspects of the Logistics+ Plan and the request to drive value through end-to-end integration are new introductions to the organization. This must be reflected in the approach towards the team to work with. The scope of the role is global, thus requiring the ability to successfully engage and motivate remote and diverse teams using digital meeting technologies, e.g. Microsoft Teams, whilst the role will require travel for ca. 10% of the time.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in SC, ideally in Logistics
Demonstrated ability to manage large improvement projects for impact
Ability to leverage Customer Relationship Management techniques
Experience in leading multi-national project teams in a global context
Track record of successfully designing and implementing new process designs
Experience of working in consulting and/or sales is a plus
University degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Finance
Skills
Strategic influencing skills and ability to listen actively are a must
Strong business acumen, data savviness and ability to manage up
Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, with a ‘can do’ attitude
