THE TEAM

Global Supply Planning area of the TH Supply department, our mission is to deliver the right product at the right time in every commercial region. This team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with commercial markets and supply sourcing regions to drive regional growth forward. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.

 

The Global Supply Planning team consists of an offshore planning team, located in offices in Turkey, the ISC region and Hong Kong, and an onshore planning team based in the Amsterdam headquarters.

The onshore Global Supply Planning team is split into:
Long-Term Planning team, focusing on collaborating with our commercial regions on their forecasting, their commercial needs and their necessary material commitments to ensure an optimized supply plan that caters to the regional KPI’s for both the Full Price and the Outlet collections.

They are responsible for the overall TH liability management, and they negotiate planning & buying with our vendors in collaboration with our offshore planning teams for the Outlet line.
The Seasonal & Monthly Non-Seasonal Planning, focusing more on mid-to-short term seasonal production planning, global buy execution, monthly direct sales business and never out of stock (NOS) assortments.

Seasonal team is responsible for the production planning of the global seasonal full price collection, four times a year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter). The non-seasonal teams are responsible for the NOS assortment, which is a monthly replenishment model, and non-seasonal capsules and bestseller replenishments for our direct sales business. All teams, based on the different regional forecasts and commercial needs, are responsible for creating a supply plan that caters to that with minimizing risks on material commitments and Early-Buys. They negotiate their plans directly with our vendors in close collaboration with the offshore planning teams. The global buy negotiation and execution is part of the responsibilities.

 

THE POSITION

As the Global Monthly Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end NOS (Never Out of Stock) from capacity / materials planning to final buy confirmation as well as the BSR (Best Seller Replenishment) program and the planning / buys for monthly Non Emea demand. You will work closely with demand team (EMEA & Global), Business Units, product developers, raw materials team, regional markets and offshore supply teams to ensure brand KPI’s are met in the most efficient way. All these stakeholders and activities are vital for achieving Global Supply, TH Brand & overall PVH objectives. Your work will be a key support to reaching our ambition to become the number one lifestyle brand in the world, stay within given budgets and will support the overall supply organization as well as TH brand & PVH success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop production plans aligned with brand KPIs, requested delivery dates, inventory targets and warehouse inbounding capacity.

  • Managing raw materials supply by ensuring stock levels based on core replenishment model and demand needs

  • Management of materials liabilities

  • Review the monthly demand and collaborate with EMEA & Global demand teams to make informed planning decisions.

  • System maintenance and data analysis for optimal supply planning

  • Gather and analyse vendor information, including lead times, capacity constraints, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), upcharges, and liability targets to optimize supply strategies.

  • Follow up on ad hoc supply call outs and projects to ensure demand is met

  • Maintain strong relations with stakeholders in multiple areas.

  • BSR & Non EMEA monthly buys management incl close collaboration with our commercial regions and offshore planning teams

  • Reporting and analysis
     

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent attention to details, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance supply constraints with business needs to ensure efficient and cost-effective production planning.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS

  • Collaborate with the Global & Regional Demand Teams, offshore planning teams and vendors to take calculated risks and informed decisions to stay within the given regional stock targets.

  • Steady supply and materials availability with limited to no liability risks

  • Timely turn around of BSR / Monthly buys and professional but assertive stakeholder management


REQUIERMENTS

  • Experience of working in a fast & dynamic team or organization.

  • Strong analytical mindset.

  • Organized and proactive working approach.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Curious to learn, being able to work independently within responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Fluent in English.

  • A completed HBO/University degree or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ working experience in the supply planning and or analytical field.
