This position will be a 7-month contract, offered from early 2026.

The Position

• The candidate will be supporting the senior merchandiser with administration and daily activities
• PLM maintenance
• Attending product-related reviews/milestones to make sure all feedback and comments are captured
• Preparing the SMS files
• Support on Collection Framework decks
• Support on Range plan Decks
• Supporting with sample management

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Vocational experience from a fashion / apparel business is highly desirable
• Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team player
• Ability to work in cross-functional settings
