Summer 2025 Internship Details:
Program dates: June 2 to August 8
10-week program with 35-hour work week
Hybrid, onsite work schedule: Tues, Wed & Thurs in office
Internship location in NYC
Compensation: $22/hr + a $2500 stipend
Applicants must be able to commit to full-time hours and the entire length of the program.
Applicants must be undergraduates and/or those actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program

Job Title: Intern, Men’s Digital Merchandising Team – Ecommerce
Job summary
Tommy Hilfiger – Men’s Digital Merchandising Team is looking for a digital merchant summer intern. This role will be under the mentorship of the Men’s Associate Digital Merchant, working with the Digital Merchandising team consisting of five people.
The intern will assist with daily tasks working on the Men’s division of the Tommy.com website. The intern will help with launching new products on the site, sequencing the Men’s products on the site, completing competitive analyses, and pulling reports for our weekly reporting. There will be opportunities to work with a variety of cross-functional team members including the Content team, the Copy team, the Photo team, the Promotional team, and the Email team. The intern will work on all categories of the Men’s division including Knits, Sweaters, Fleece, Outerwear, Tees, Pants, Wovens, and Denim.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assist in optimizing category performance and site experience
Manage product set up in PIM to get the product site ready and findable via filters and search; on-going PIM database management
Execute daily product and page QA
Sequence product pages via Salesforce
Support in the manual set up of “Complete the Look” in Salesforce
Learn basic reporting
Complete competitive analyses
Engage in email linking
Execute the markdown & final sale process on the site
Attend meetings and record notes clearly and carefully
Assist digital merchandising team with additional daily needs
Education
Rising junior or senior undergraduate student preferred, with an interest in Ecommerce, Fashion, or Digital Merchandising
Minimum 3.0 GPA in core major classes preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Experience / Skills
Have an interest in the fashion industry
Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred
Competency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, experience in Stibo PIM, Adobe, or Salesforce is a plus but not necessary.
Familiar with the Tommy brand
Strong analytical skills with data-oriented mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Highly organized & detail oriented
Forward thinking, able to problem-solve, self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations
Team player with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment working across multiple teams
