Junior Business Analyst Retail The Team Within the Finance Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Controlling department (based in 3 locations), our mission is to deliver accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable value creation across our South East HUB markets. We ensure alignment with PVH’s overarching goals of operational excellence, financial discipline, and partnership-led growth. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Retail, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing teams across the HUB, as well as Regional Finance and cross-functional stakeholders at PVH’s Regional HQ in Amsterdam, to drive key planning, budgeting, and performance management initiatives forward. The Position Reporting to the Director Business Analysis and Controlling, the Junior Business Analyst Retail will provide accurate financial and commercial information by researching and analyzing sales data, market information and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities • Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/FY reporting (Net Sales and business KPI, Omnichannel Services, etc.) • Top line budgeting, forecasting, and related activities • Management of monthly stores’ target setting process • Liasing with Business Controlling Team to support P&L analysis of current stores portfolio • Analyzing redemption of marketing and promotional initiatives • Supporting the management of weekly and ad-hoc Retail related meetings • Building strong relationship with Retail Stakeholders • Collaborating across departments (Marketing, IT, Operations, HR, etc.) Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Measures of Success Forecasting Accuracy: Accuracy of budget and forecast submissions for main KPIs (Net Sales, Dilution/MD%) Reporting Timeliness & Quality: Delivery of recurring financial and performance reports within deadlines and with high level of accuracy Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effectiveness in supporting teams with financial insights and reporting receiving positive feedback from the internal stakeholders and driving action plans to support growth and efficiencies Requirements • Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, or Economics • Ideally 1/2 years of previous experience as Controller or Business Analyst in a structured and fast paced environment • Proficient with Office applications with advanced Excel skills • FMS and SAP Analysis experienced is a plus • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details • Positive and proactive attitude, willingness to learn • Honest, trustworthy, team player and able to positively interact with stakeholders • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and applications (e.g., predictive analytics, automation, data visualization) to support business decision-making and enhance efficiency At PVH, how we act is as important as what we do.
