The Team 

The team leads the evolution of the TH Product Teams by driving change and alignment, increasing efficiencies, and fostering strategic thinking and innovation within the business. 

Tommy Hilfiger (TH) Women’s Accessories is one of the fastest-growing product divisions within Tommy Hilfiger. Tommy Hilfiger Women’s Accessories presents 4 collections per year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter) on top of special collaborations and the international markets line.

The Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and business growth of TH Women’s SLGs product group (including NOS, exclusive collaborations and the international market’s line), working closely with the design and product development teams on 4 collections per year.

The candidate will also actively support the team’s manager on the product category Bags.

The main tasks consist of:

  • Analyzing the competitive landscape, be aware of product trends and the competition’s price points
  • Developing seasonal product briefs in line with targets of sales, SKU’s, productivity, margins and product trends
  • Ensuring all data sources (PLM, line list) are compiled/updated with accuracy throughout all milestones
  • Preparing regular analysis related to product; sell in, sell out, top sellers, retail price structure, etc.
  • Presenting the collection to sales managers during several touch points, receiving the feedback and articulating it into the collection
  • Being responsible for several KPIs; collection size, margin targets, ASP
  • Defining seasonal forecasts and delivery plan
  • Preparing the SMS file for samples sent to showrooms
  • Attending and actively participating in all product-related reviews and seasonal product shoots
  • Ensuring accurate and timely line execution according to the division’s calendar

The Ideal Candidate

  • Degree level or equivalent
  • 1-2 years experience in a merchandising/buying/product development role is essential
  • Product understanding and/or interest in the world of accessories, with knowledge of the key players and market trends
  • Fluent in English; both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Team player
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on mentality
