Manager BU Operations
Responsibilities:

• Lead BU support processes and oversee implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Contribute to the creation and improvement of standards and processes.

• Solve complex problems where no precedent exists.

• Mentor and guide junior team members across the BU.

• Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for critical support functions.

• Ensure team alignment with overall business strategy and goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven leadership capabilities within business support functions.

• Holds a university/engineering degree with 7–10 years of relevant work experience.

• Operates independently and contributes to strategy formulation.

• Proactive, decisive, and experienced in complex decision-making.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills.

• Continuously looks for ways to evolve and innovate within the function.
