The Team

Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive longer term business direction, drive strategic business planning, improving operational efficiency and support execution of strategic priorities. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely across global strategy teams, EMEA teams and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritisation and strategic projects. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's strategic growth, and overall success.

The Position

As the Manager Business Operations & Processes, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful evolvement of and adherence to critical TH EMEA processes across the organization. You will manage the calendar of the most critical milestones as well as continuously seek improvements that contributes to driving the business forward, while working alongside cross-functional teams. Your work will be integral to achieving the TH EMEA organization’s objectives, driving business performance, and contributing to the overall success and future growth of the TH brand on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate calendar and key processes  – Build the overview of key process and milestone calendar for TH EMEA, ensuring that LT and broader team pro-actively guide business forward

  • Coordinate the seasonal milestone calendar – Work with business peers to coordinate TH EMEA GTM calendar and process in partnership with TH EMEA teams to ensure deadlines are maintained and process is executed.

  • Coordinate and manage commercial governance process – Coordinate material and milestones to drive an in-time approach to commercial planning and governance. Ensuring timely delivery of PVHE requirements while ensuring value for TH EMEA LT. Work closely with TH Finance, TH Strategy and key TH stakeholders to continuously improve our accuracy and understanding of our performance

  • Support/design key process improvements – Drive continuous process improvements to key cross-functional processes by identifying, and addressing, potential challenges or bottlenecks and improvement opportunities. Identify process status and milestone quality, providing transparency to teams, ensuring continuous quality evolvement and opportunities for change

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between various teams and departments, ensuring effective coordination and seamless execution of cross-functional projects.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

  • Stakeholder engagement & satisfaction: Stakeholder feedback, collaboration

  • Process adherence: Continuous process improvement, commercial governance milestone achievement, seasonal milestone achievement

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in process management and design (or similar) within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.

  • Proven expertise in process optimization and calendar management.

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end process plans that drive alignment, clarity, and operational efficiency across cross-functional teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with TH EMEA, Hub teams and Global teams to ensure timely execution of key initiatives

  • Proven ability to write clear communications to facilitate timely and efficient project delivery across cross-functional teams.

  • Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

  • Strong results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance short-term commercial needs with long-term strategic planning.

  • Strong understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required

  • Fluency in English

  • Masters's degree in business, engineering, management or similar
