About the Role:

The PVH HR function creates competitive and unique programs for Pay, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning, I&D, and Associate Experience. These programs help attract, retain, and engage top talent.

The People Strategy & Planning team develops HR’s long-term strategy and priorities that align and deliver on the PVH+ Plan and PVH's vision. They translate HR priorities into key initiatives and projects. The team fosters engagement and connection across a distributed HR team by leading town halls and team-building sessions. They specialize in strategy, project management, and communication.

The Manager People Strategy & Planning supports the operational goals of HR and tracks progress towards achievement. You will manage various projects, collaborate with different teams in driving action, and contribute to the ongoing development of HR's global operating model.

What You'll Do:

The Manager People Strategy & Planning is a key member of a team that supports the CPO in developing and delivering the HR strategy and roadmap. They collaborate in cross-functional planning, communicating program value, and promoting adoption of our people practices and programs, focusing on the associate as our consumer. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and oversee important HR projects, to ensure they are completed on time and meet objectives. This involves tracking actions, identifying potential issues, and working with collaborators from various teams.

  • Support the development of internal processes and identify and implement process enhancements to drive greater efficacy and impact.

  • Leverage key tools and frameworks to facilitate HR strategy execution.

  • Support HRLT in collaborating with regional HR teams and HR strategy leads to set appropriate annual and multi-year goals.

  • Model and facilitate ways of working to enhance enterprise-wide HR efficiencies and impacts.

  • Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence and People Analytics team to establish, monitor, and evaluate success metrics and make necessary changes to goals accordingly.

  • Organize and support periodic HR portfolio reviews to evaluate effectiveness and impact of strategic HR systems and initiatives

  • Conduct research and compare standard methodologies, current and future trends, and innovative solutions from the marketplace that can enhance our impact.

HR Team-Building, Functional Communications & Engagement

The position involves collaborating with the Senior Director, People Strategy to communicate and expand the CPO's vision and strategy to various internal partners and customers.

  • Prepare presentations and other assets for leadership, town halls, Board meetings, and other internal or external forums

  • Organize and manage regular updates and informational messages to the global HR organization (via communication plan, calendars, meetings)

  • Manage dedicated communication and education channels to keep the HR organization informed and aligned on critical information and progress updates

  • Support the Senior Director, People Strategy in managing the meeting cadence for the HR function, inclusive of:

    • Leadership Team: staff meetings, team development sessions and offsites

    • Extended Leadership Team: project/program meetings to track progress and bring up issues to the Leadership Team, manage meeting agendas

    • HR, Corporate Communications and Foundation associates: regular Leadership updates, All Hands meetings/town halls, and other internal sessions

    • Planning meetings with counterparts in other functions to prepare the CPO/HRLT for key meetings and offsites

Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or business strategy, change management, or related field

  • Experience in leading complex strategic projects or portfolio management

  • Experience in advising, retail or consumer products industries a plus

Education: University/college degree, or comparable work experience

SKILLS

  • Capable of combining critical thinking with meticulous attention-to-detail

  • Able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Comfortable analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify key themes, make recommendations and drive better decisions

  • Capable of handling multiple projects, breaking down complex problems into manageable pieces, and reprioritizing based on timelines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, including fostering collaborative relationships across functions

  • Experience developing and/or delivering written presentations to business leaders

  • Able to overcome obstacles and deliver results

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel

  • Intellectually curious

Pay Range:$110,000 - $135,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
