The Team
This role sits within Marketing Operations, which is the organisational and creative production arm of the marketing department. As a close partner to both creative and marketing teams, we work to establish the best processes, drive collaboration, bring production expertise and are accountable for delivering on time and to budget.
The team is made up of 4 pillars – Operations, Project Management, Production and PVH Studios and collectively this team we are responsible for the global creative output for the brand, from global campaigns, to brand design for our touchpoints, to PDP content.
The team plays an important role in building upon the brand’s desirability through the delivery of aspirational lifestyle content and brand design.
The Position
As part of the Marketing Operations function, the Project Management team is responsible for the delivery of creative concepts and designs working closely with the creative team and stakeholders across the business. The Project Management team is made up of Seasonal Project Managers as well as Brand Design Project Managers.
Seasonal Project Managers are responsible for managing campaign and content delivery across a season from market launch to campaign roll out. They will set milestones, initiate briefings, drive concepting with the creative team and govern the process for 360 collaboration between teams, to ensure the right collaboration to deliver the best output of our shoots to meet our channel needs. The team will be comfortable in leading teams at all levels through a process and being the driving force of the timings and next steps.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: You will play a pivotal role in leading teams through projects, from planning when to kick off through to delivery of content and guidelines. You’ll work across the projects within a season, from collections being launched at Market openings through to the campaigns that support them – and will own the overarching milestones across projects within a season. With the support of another Project Manager on some projects within the seasons, you will drive clarity in requirements, inspiring kick off meetings and connecting with channels who will receive content to stay connected to their needs and ensure this is considered within the project.
Connecting Teams for a Holistic Approach: Our seasons are made up of multiple content layers, and your role will help to join to dots in planning – through knowledge sharing and holistic timings planning.
Process Governance: You will work to ensure that the process is followed and bring together teams at the relevant stages of a project to collaborate.
Stakeholder Relationships: You will play a key role in managing stakeholders within your projects, and be adept in balancing needs and priorities to find paths forwards.
Project Management Tool: You will be a ‘super user’ of our PM tool and help others to adopt it within your projects.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

The Ideal Candidate:
Curious about channel best practice
Project Management and Operations leader with 10+ years’ experience, with extensive experience working within or for luxury or elevated fashion brands.
Deep knowledge of fashion calendars and requirements of a season.
Exhibits good judgement to act in best interests of team and business at all times.
A can do attitude, and positive approach to managing uncertainty and change - while also able to set parameters and constraints firmly when needed.
Role-model in at least 3 of the 5 PVH Leadership Behaviours mentioned above. Comfortable giving and receiving courageous feedback at all levels.
Epitomizes ‘Growth Mind-Set’ Tactful and diplomatic leader able to act with integrity and humility even through challenging periods.
