As a Paid Media Analyst, you will gather, assess, and interpret data from various marketing channels to shape marketing strategies and improve campaign performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams and an external media agency is crucial to generate data-driven insights and recommendations that propel business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports and performance metrics to track benchmarks and measure the efficiency of marketing initiatives.
  • Supervise the integration and reporting of data on paid media platforms across the US and Canada.
  • Monitor, assess, and provide insights on paid media campaigns for the complete customer journey throughout the US and Canada.
  • Convert data into practical strategic insights. Evaluate the effects of innovative, audience-focused, and campaign framework approaches across paid media platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behavior and campaign attribution to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Aid in MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling) data collection, data organization, insight gathering, and measurement plans alongside multiple customers.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to invent A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and user experiences.
  • Partner with developers and third-party agencies to manage media pixels. Assist teams with campaign tracking.
  • Provide analytics support for cross-functional strategic projects across coordinated marketing, PR, and CRM.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science/Engineering).
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, various social media platforms, and DMP (Data Management Platform e.g. Salesforce/Krux) for extracting campaign analytics data.
  • Strong grasp of full funnel marketing strategy and how analytics can drive decision-making throughout the customer journey.
  • Understanding digital marketing channels, strategies, and standard methodologies, including SEO, SEM, social, affiliate, display, video, and CTV advertising.
  • Strong communication abilities and the skill to transform intricate data into practical insights.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work cross-functionally.
  • Experience with A/B testing is a plus.
  • Curious, innovative, and proactive in identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Strong background in Web Analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics).
  • Skilled in ad servers, DSPs, and general ad technology.
  • Proficient in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations. Capable of logical segmentation thinking.
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organizational capabilities, demonstrating a profound understanding of digital marketing and advertising methods on display, video, programmatic, SEM, affiliate, and social platforms.
  • A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends.
  • Skilled in communication: should adeptly convey data into understandable insights and actionable plans.
  • Capability to interpret intricate data into practical insights and suggestions for non-technical collaborators.
  • Skilled in writing and conveying ideas in a clear, compelling, and concise way.
  • Strong planning and execution skills.
  • Driven to achieve objectives while remaining flexible and adaptable in working with others.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity that comes with working with large cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative problem solver, great teammate, standout colleague eager to make a difference.
  • Although not directly managing a budget, familiarity with media plans and budgets is essential for effective media and audience planning.
  • Makes recommendations across media channels to be aligned with the larger team to drive overall business performance.
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate, and be a proactive great teammate.
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment with changing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines with frequent changes to projects.

Pay Range:---

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
