The Team

The Wholesale Planning team drives demand and merchandising planning for the Southeast region, ensuring the right Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein assortments for each wholesale partner. In a fast-changing environment, we collaborate closely with sales, brand teams, and our partners to deliver strong results. The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wholesale Planning, the Data Analyst plays a dual role:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for EDI connections with key wholesale partners.

  • Building, validating, and analyzing sales data to provide actionable insights for the planning, sales, and merchandising teams.

This role is central to ensuring reliable data integration, increasing sales visibility, and enabling data-driven decisions to boost initiatives such as smart replenishment and seasonal range planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • EDI & Data Integration: Serve as the main liaison between PVH and strategic wholesale partners to establish and maintain EDI connections.

  • Data Accuracy: Validate and monitor incoming sales data weekly to ensure completeness and reliability.

  • Design, build, and improve sales reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PVH tools.

  • Partner with planners, brand, and channel teams to deliver ad-hoc analyses that drive assortment and merchandising decisions.

  • Business Partnering: work across regional and European HQ stakeholders to resolve data issues, identify root causes, and improve data flows.

  • Sales Visibility: enhance accessibility of sell-in and sell-out data through BI tools, maximizing adoption across the business.

  • Smart Replenishment: support auto-replenishment and smart replenishment programs for key accounts.

  • Strategic Planning Support: contribute to building range plans for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein with planners and merchandising teams.

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

  • Increased share of wholesale partners connected via EDI.

  • Accuracy of demand planning forecasts (IDP).

  • Sell-through and sell-out growth with top accounts.

  • Contribution to Net Sales budget targets.

  • Positive engagement and feedback from key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, merchandise/demand/financial planning, customer operations.

  • Familiarity with EDI or sales data validation (experience is a plus, not a must).

  • Strong business acumen, with ability to interpret budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (other BI tools a plus).

  • Strong project management skills, able to navigate multiple stakeholders (IT, Sales, Merchandising).

  • Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to influence across teams.

  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable with change.

  • Fluent in English is a must.
