EMEA Planning Operations Coordinator
The Team
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As EMEA Planning Operations Coordinator you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team. You will own the creation and management of TH EMEA purchase orders for Mainline and Outlet channels, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring delivery KPI’s. You are responsible for translating purchase order information that creates transparency and supports commercial decision making. This role partners closely with Global Supply teams and TH EMEA Planning, Merchandising, and supply chain teams. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Buy Pass Off: Provide the TH EMEA Cross-channel order / buy pass off to global supply teams for both Mainline/Full Price and Outlet
• EMEA PO placement: Own EMEA PO placement / confirmation for all channels (mainline, outlet) and reconciling of orders. Ensure PO data / system accuracy, including PO attributing.
• PO Change Management: Ensure commercial oversight and approval with Planning, Merch, TH leads for PO change management based on vendor feedback (e.g. A/C date changes, etc.). Own PO maintenance related to On Time Delivery dates, mode of transport, delay reasons, discounts etc. in SAP
• PO Monitoring: Monitor Purchase orders status through different Systems and Tools, SAP, Infor Nexus and VMS, follow up with Global Supply to ensure on Time Delivery and Arrival and inform stakeholders as required. Ensure all production requirements are met for region (Labeling, documents, etc)
• Stock Flow: Ensure commercial oversight and ownership over stock flow with Inbound counterpart (from PO placement, changes, inbound tracking, approvals for delays/short/over ship, air shipment analysis, etc.)
• Reporting: Monitoring, reporting and able to explain KPI’s status. Create and communicate PO Placement overviews. Create weekly shipping reports to Track & Trace deliveries
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintaining good working relationships with TH up and downstream stakeholders such as Planning and Merch/Buying team, Inbound team, Order fulfilment team
• Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.
Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

• On Time Inbound: Stock available in-DC on time
• On Time Availability: Stock available on time to hit demand
Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in supply planning, purchase order management, in an international, fast moving environment
• Understanding of supply chain with ability to understand complex (supply chain) processes and general understanding of business and IT related processes
• Commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability translate purchase order and inbound data into transparent information that supports commercial decision making
• Sound analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize decisions.
• Stakeholder management skills, collaborating effectively with Demand & Inventory Planning, Merchandising, DTC Merch Planning & Buying, Global Supply teams and EMEA Supply Chain teams
• Problem solving: advanced understanding of how to solve complex problems and critically assess the solutions required
• Systems & Excel experience: Microsoft Office skills and Adobe. Excellent skills on Excel (and SAP FMS is a plus)
• Highly adaptable and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.
• Fluency in English
• Education: Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent
