The Team
This role sits within Marketing Operations, which is the organisational and creative production arm of the marketing department. As a close partner to both creative and marketing teams, we work to establish the best processes, drive collaboration, bring production expertise and are accountable for delivering on time and to budget.
The team is made up of 4 pillars – Operations, Project Management, Production and PVH Studios and collectively this team are responsible for the global creative output for the brand, from global campaigns, to brand design for our touchpoints, to PDP content.
The team plays an important role in building upon the brand’s desirability through the delivery of aspirational lifestyle content and brand design.
The Position
As part of the Marketing Operations function, the Producers bring our creative concepts to life through stills and video shoot production. Managing and coordinating external suppliers and crews as well as internal stakeholders to deliver assets on time and within budget.
The Producer - Senior Specialist owns the end-to-end production cycle and leads productions from Market Launch to Campaigns. In this role you will work closely with Art Directors and the wider Operations team to deliver excellent creative content, using your expertise to help bring new approaches to production and creative talent.
The role is critical to us making efficient use of budget through a range of production approaches, from small budget/socially minded lean productions through to campaigns working with the industries top talent.
Responsibilities (included but not limited)
In this role you will Produce large scale and complex productions for our seasonal campaigns, in partnership with a Lead Producer or take a lead on managing smaller shoots autonomously.
Balancing quality, cost and time optimally - you will partner closely with marketing teams and Art Directors to shape shot lists and bring expertise in how we can most efficiently create excellent lifestyle content – striving to do more with less, given the increasingly complex content landscape.
Make recommendations on production approaches and partner with Art Direction on making appropriate recommendations for photographers, stylists, DOPs etc suitable for the scale of the project.
Facilitate production decision making.
Allocate and book resources required to capture content.
Lead pre-production, shoot or build and post-production and asset delivery inc. adaptions.
Negotiate contracts, rates and usage with key contributors and manage contracts with our legal team.
Liaise closely with internal Casting team for model and talent bookings.
Complete management and adherence to budgets and estimates associated with each project.
Reconciliation and administration of all projects.
Build trust through running buttoned up, well organised productions and demonstrate that you are thinking about stakeholders involved.
Delivery of high quality lifestyle content across stills, video and social specific content.
Communicate the status of your projects and have the ability to simplify production conundrums in order to come to best solutions with others.
Clearly communicate timings to all involved within your project. Manage style outs and partner with Product Marketing on the movement of product.

The Ideal Candidate
At least 8 years of Production experience across stills and video ideally within the fashion industry
Demonstrable shoot production best-practices and tools that streamline complexity
Strong problem-solving skills requiring minimal guidance
A positive attitude to managing uncertainty and ability to stay calm under pressure
Broad supplier contacts and industry knowledge and an interest in productions at all levels
Well versed in Excel and financial tracking skills
Effective collaborator that builds bridges with all parties even when facing conflict or difficulties
Can demonstrate strong indexing in PVH Leadership Behaviors
Our shoots almost always require travel out of Amsterdam, so the ability and willingness to travel within the role is required
Experience both line producing as well as with a production company, is preferable
