About the Role

  • Monitor product data quality through reporting, analysis, and KPI tracking.
  • Execute timely and accurate product data setup to support sell-in readiness.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and identifying opportunities for process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Planning, IT, and Data teams to ensure product data requirements are met.
  • Manage and support product data processes within SAP FMS, PLM, and PIM systems.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze product data to identify risks, inconsistencies, and milestone adherence.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into product data performance.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on product data standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Data processes, tools, training materials, and ways of working.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years' experience in Product Data Management, Master Data, Data Analysis, or a similar operational or analytical role.
  • Experience within retail, wholesale, fashion, or e-commerce environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience performing root cause analysis and translating insights into process improvements.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards, and VBA.
  • Experience working with SAP, PLM, PIM, or similar product/master data management systems.
  • Good understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting principles.
  • Python skills are desirable and would be an advantage, particularly for data analysis, reporting automation, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple business functions.
