Project Manager, GBE - Visual Merchandising



About the Role:
The Project Manager, Visual Merchandising plays a crucial role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of global VM projects. This role ensures that all VM initiatives, from product planning to in-store application are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with the brand's creative and commercial goals. The role requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration with Regional VM, Store Design, Product and Marketing teams to drive efficiency and innovation in visual merchandising.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of global VM projects, ensuring timely and successful execution and coordination with Global and Regional Partners

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all VM initiatives.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Product, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, and Marketing to align project objectives.

  • Be key partner to internal departments, manage the flow of information and ensure the team has all the latest requirements from stakeholders.

  • Lead the coordination of VM implementation for new store openings, remodels, and campaign rollouts.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure project success.

  • Develop best practices for VM project management and streamline workflows.

  • Analyze the effectiveness of VM initiatives and provide strategic recommendations for future projects.

  • Follow KPIs of implemented strategies with the regions to help direct test, learn, adapt strategies.


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, marketing, packaging design, creative space design.

  • Experience in retail a must.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)

  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Microsoft Office,).

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Pay Range:$104,500---$141,200

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. PVH is committed to providing a market-competitive total rewards package to eligible associates, which includes diverse and robust health and insurance benefits to meet the varied needs of our associates and an above-market 401(k) contribution to help our associates save for retirement. Additional Compensation: This role is bonus eligible.
