Program Details
This paid internship will be 4-6 weeks starting from early-mid December 2025 and ending in mid-end January 2026.
Eligibility: Current students in tertiary education and recent graduates with a passion for fashion and a desire to learn about brand management. To ensure the program experience, you must be able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period (specific timeline to be confirmed with the respective manager)
Position Summary: As a Winter Intern at PVH APAC regional team, you will immerse yourself in real business projects under the guidance of experienced managers, build industry connections and get upskilled to prepare for your future career.
The 2025 Winter Internship openings are in various business areas. Based on your interest and team evaluation, you will be assigned to one of the following functions:

People Analytics & Insights

What’s Involved In The Job:
Associate Experience & Engagement
Support to review vendor submissions and work with vendors on fabric detail sheet requests
Support vendor meetings arrangements and participating in vendor meetings
Requesting Testing. Learning to read Test reports and our protocols
People Analytics & Insights
Analyze HR and business data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Python/R
Collaborate with team members to interpret findings and prepare presentations
Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
Talent Acquisition
Conduct recruitment data hygiene check and support the development of analytics
Conduct research and market mapping for dedicated functions
Support in interview arrangement and learn about interview skills
Talent Development
Create engaging video and modify trainings video
Support as producer role for training session
Compile Training Evaluation Summary
Qualifications & Requirements
University student from any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome)
A passion in our brands and industry!
Able to commit to full-time attendance (5 days per week) during the program period
Proficient in English
A team player, self-motivated, passionate and with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complexity and ad-hoc tasks
