The Team

The PVH Southeast Region is one of the most dynamic organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. The Role

The scope of the role is to drive sales, build and develop a strong sales pipeline through solid and effective relations. Focus on personal sales targets with key clients, acting as a brand ambassador for the own respective brand division of responsibility.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Take part on Budget definition, with alignment and final check with the country Sales Director
  • Take part on Distribution definition following alignment with the Brands, on actual distribution and further possibility
  • Take part of promos definition
  • Sales Campaign preparation: product/cluster selection according to Brands guidelines and performances
  • Deliver an assortment that contributes to an elevated brand experience for the consumer whilst maximizing revenues and profit;
  • Guarantee the correct product assortment considering the different tiering and sub-channels served
  • Build assortments for KA & franchise partners ensuring that Brand’s KPI are achieved
  • Collection feedback post sales campaign to share with Brand Sales Managers
  • Shipment analysis and tracking based on weekly CS updates
  • Best seller management based on sell through
  • Monitors the economic results per Key Account/store: detailed sales reports with KPIs, stocks and monitors the shipments and the delivery of the items to the stores with the Customer Service Team
  • Sell out analysis to support replenishment and to embrace new business opportunities (white spaces)
  • Prepares sales reports and SWAT analyses showing the adherence degree to set KPIs
  • Draws up and updates reports relevant to the ongoing season performance such as: best / slow performing products per store/client, analysis on stock situation and sell-in and sell-out data

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Ecnomics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience in a sales support or key account management role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to create, analyze, and interpret sales data and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create and present comprehensive reports for sales reviews and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and sales campaign management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address issues related to sales, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Area Manager, Sales Manager, and other team members to achieve common goals.
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Interest in apparel and fashion
