The head office for the DACH and EEC markets, covering 13 countries with more than 2.700 employees, is located in Düsseldorf and is the main location for around 500 employees.

As a senior branch planner, this role is expected to drive sales and profit through effective store budgeting, active review of sales densities, and close partnership with both Hub and Central teams.

As a member of the Hub Branch Planning team, you will support both market and central functions, becoming a key collaborator across functions and hubs. You will partner with regional colleagues to ensure best practices and optimal, aligned ways of working.
 

A day in the life of a Senior Branch Planner (m/f/x):

  • You will contribute market insights to the 2-year Strategy Plan, including store expansion.

  • You will maintain and refine store clusters and grading.

  • You will monitor inventory and recommend adjustments based on trends.

  • You will keep location-level plans updated in collaboration with Finance and Hub leadership.

  • You will support weekly trade calls with local insights and execution.

  • You will align allocation and replenishment strategies with Hub partners.

  • You will manage stock transfers and support promotions and markdowns.

  • You will contribute to outlet stock flow planning.

  • You will suggest improvements to store planning processes.

  • You will conduct regular store visits.
     

What do we need from you? You have:

  • University degree with 3–5+ years of related work experience

  • A strong financial and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • An understanding of the local market dynamics, customer demand, and assortment needs.

  • Solid knowledge of retail KPIs and store-specific planning.

  • The ability to contribute local insights to central strategy discussions on allocation and replenishment.

  • A strong sense of collaboration, communication, and influencing skills across teams.
