Position Summary:

Responsible for the execution of buying activities and ensure a smooth communication with regional merchandising teams and markets for product assortment so as to achieve sales turnover, gross profit and inventory target.
 

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Work closely with regional merchandising teams in assortment planning, create a compelling, market relevant assortment for the division/market to maximize the sales potential.
•    Being an expertise from product briefing, range planning, understand the consumer and retail needs throughout Go-To-market planning and execution
•    Conduct seasonal buy according to market need and identify market opportunities
•    Plan the OTB framework for the buy with planning team 
•    Proactively gather, analyze and drive insight from market knowledge and competitive landscape 
•    Lead product reviews, act as key stakeholders of the product division for product feedback, deliver a timely, measurable and actionable plan
•    Deploy effective replenishment and markdown plan to achieve GP and sales target.
•    Inventory management to maintain optimal stock and SKU holding at store level to support the business
•    In season management on price setting, sales analysis, product training, defective report and shipment status
•    Work effectively with allocation, retail and planning team on launch plan, delivery and inventory management

Qualifications & Experience:

Broad knowledge & skills - typically 5-8 Years of related experience

Bachelor Degree Required

Knowledge/Skills Required:
•    Experience in retail buying
•    Strong communication skills and business mindset
•    Proactive to express feedback and problem-solving skill 
•    Attention to detail and numbers, translate analysis to insights and action plan
•    Excellent excel skills
•    Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
•    Able to work independently and under fast paced dynamic environment
