The Team

The purpose of the Community of Experts within the People Function is to focus on growth and value creation initiatives, ensuring these are prioritised and developed for the benefit of PVH EMEA (incl. Hubs) and TH Global across the core pillars of Talent & Organisation, Performance & Rewards and Culture, Inclusion and Diversity. This team will lead strategic initiatives and activities in an agile, project-based, and cross-functional manner. By leveraging a 'buy, borrow, or build' approach to skills and capabilities, the team will adapt to meet the needs of each project, and deliver for the benefit of the organisation, flexibly deploying experts across the EMEA region.

The Community of Experts works closely with all areas of the People function across EMEA to align and deliver on key value creation initiatives. The Community of Experts also directly interfaces with Global HR CoEs (e.g. the Global I&D CoE) and the broader organisation where required to ensure alignment and cohesion across key strategic initiatives. This may include other central functions such as Finance, Legal and Communications.

The Position

As a Senior Manager within the Talent & Organisation pillar of the Community of Experts, you will play a fundamental role in delivering key elements of the People Strategy. You will do this together with a pool of Agile Specialists deployed flexibly as required, where you can either lead or be part of rotating agile project teams from time to time. You will be expected to contribute to projects and initiatives across the Community of Experts, working across Talent & Organisation, Performance & Reward and Culture, I&D & Engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or contribute to rotating agile project teams, delivering key initiatives across pillar areas

  • In case of leading an agile project team, you are responsible of providing day-to-day guidance to project team members

  • Deliver value through business impact in a dynamic environment focused on empowerment, accountability and collaboration.

  • Where required, support the Pillar Lead in developing and implementing EMEA-wide talent strategies to attract, grow and retain top talent (including talent solutions, organisational capability building, etc.)


Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.


Measures of Success:

  • Community of Experts project completion rate (% of projects started)

  • Customer satisfaction (e.g. based on NPS surveys after project completion)

  • % of critical roles filled with internal talent

  • Employee Engagement at 84%+ (+16%)

  • Hire critical office roles in less than 45 days (-30 days)

  • Hire critical retail roles in less than 20 days (-6 days)

  • Office retention rate of 87% (-0%) & retail retention of 50%(-7%)


Requirements

The preferred candidate is a people and culture obsessed, dynamic professional with deep expertise in talent management, development and retention. You can drive, operationalize and prioritize key initiatives from ideation to delivery. You are passionate about fostering a high-performance culture to enhance team performance and engagement. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in the following:

  • Proven knowledge of Agile concepts and ability to apply in practice

  • Has expertise in talent management, development, and retention

  • Able to solve complex problems and operate in a complex environment with no supervision

  • Proven track record in leading and contributing to cross-functional projects

  • Able to develop a network, operate in a politically complex environment and influence stakeholders

  • Growth mindset, and willingness and ability to go beyond area of expertise

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, track key metrics, and report on the progress of HR initiatives

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in preparing executive presentations and facilitating decision-making for senior leadership teams

  • Demonstrated success in project management, resource allocation support, and senior stakeholder engagement, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and ensure the effective execution of people initiatives

  • University degree with a minimum of 10 years of related work experience is required

  • Fluency in English
